<description>[...] This event is brought to you by Ourlando’s Local Food Alliance. The goal of the Local Food Alliance) is to reconnect our local food system. We are bringing together local independent businesses, non-profits, garden project leaders, restaurants and food distributors, food program organizers, policy makers and community members who share this passion. The alliance currently consists of Slow Food Orlando, Simple Living Institute, Florida School of Holistic Living, PLACE, the Audubon Park Community Market and My Yard Farm. As we move forward, we are continuing to expand our partnership base and collaborative efforts. Our collective goal is simple – making more local food available to the community. <description>Hi, Emily - saw your post just before I was heading down to Portland for a weekend trip (I live in BC) and decided I had to experience ?Por Que No? too (NYTimes also mentioned the place in their recent &quot;Frugal Portland&quot; piece). I absolutely loved it, even the bike parking out front! My husband and I went to the other location (N. Mississippi Ave)... here are some pics in case you want to add them to your collection for the manifesto. Thanks!
